Rates are daily per room, double occupancy, and do not include 9.7% room taxes.
Reservations can be secured with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express Credit Card.
Inn Season = June 1st - October 31st
Out Season = May, November.
Inn Season, a 3 night minimum is required when a Saturday night stay is involved.
A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. The balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.
ALL cancellations will result in a fee of $35.00
A 14-day advance cancellation notice must be given in order to receive a refund of deposit. All Cancellations 14 days or less will be charged for the entire reservation, however if we re-rent the room(s) the deposit is refunded minus a $35.00 processing fee.
Reservations changed from a two-night weekend stay to a one-night weekend stay will result in a charge for both nights.
The Isaiah Clark House can accommodate children 10 years and older.
The Inn is Non-Smoking. No pets.
The Isaiah Clark House holds the right to cancel reservations at anytime.
